Danushka spearheads Future Life Holdings with over 22 years of experience, growing some of Sri Lanka’s biggest corporations in the microfinance & finance sectors.
Having completed his MBA at the Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK, Danushka has vast retail expertise and has quickly made his way to the top.
Sanjaya has 22 years of experience in the finance industry, frontlining the operations of many organizations over the years. Having qualifications in AAT and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, Sanjaya’s proven methods ensure everything runs smoothly.
He currently operates as the Chief Operations Officer and is the force that drives FLi’s branch network towards its goal.
A marketer, consultant, strategist, and leader, Kasun Perera is at the forefront of all marketing strategies and operations carried out by Future Life Holdings. He is a member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom and carries over 13 years of experience in the finance industry.
He currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of the entire Future Life Holdings.
Duminda Perera is a seasoned Advertising, Media, and marketing professional with over 23 years of diverse experience. An expert in overall communication strategy, brand development, and innovative campaigns, he has been recognized for impactful 360-degree innovations and awarded ‘Best Media Innovation.’ With a track record spanning various industries, he excels in scriptwriting, content creation, and AV production. His agile approach optimizes campaigns for maximum effectiveness. His portfolio includes work with leading local and multinational brands across sectors such as Telecommunication, Banking, FMCG, Insurance, and the list goes on.
